As champions of scrumptious delights, Spook London are not just about satisfying cravings - they're on a mission to revolutionise hospitality and ignite positive change! With a visionary approach, they blend delectable treats with cutting-edge technology, ensuring every interaction is as efficient as it is memorable. At Spook, it's not just about good food; it's about great experiences that leave a lasting impact on both people and the planet.

Describe who you are as a company and why you love doing what you do?

Spook is a London-based modern hospitality company that caters for the most prominent global brands and individuals including Prada, Net-A-Porter, the Royal Family and Google to name a few! Our mission is to put people and the planet at the forefront of hospitality, creating meaningful experiences that drive positive change.

What sets you apart from other catering companies?

Founded by Emily Few Brown in 2013 as a solo chef, Spook has grown to be one of London’s most highly regarded and progressive catering companies. Emily has built a team from varied backgrounds to bring a fresh approach to the industry. Having grown up in farming communities in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Emily is extremely passionate about produce and the planet. The combination of this with her cooking and events experience is evident in everything we do. Our events and locations embrace nature and are wild, in every sense of the term - our food and drink is informed by the seasons, dedicated to the cultivation of crops, nature, farming and sustainability. We build relationships directly with local farmers, sourcing only the finest ingredients. Just picked vegetables from the farm garden, wild fruits and herbs from the surrounding areas, truffles from the Wiltshire forests and fish caught that morning from the South Coast.

What are your top tips for choosing the right menu?

At Spook, we really believe in staying true to your own tastes. Our menus are seasonally led and we focus on delicious food executed and presented simply, letting our quality ingredients speak for themselves. We always suggest choosing a menu that you love first and foremost rather than trying to accommodate everyone's palettes. If in doubt though, La Latteria burrata followed by fillet of beef and something chocolatey to finish is always a winning combination!

What’s been your most memorable event working with us to date?

We loved working with Lucy Vail Floristry for the wonderful Hidden Tulip event at your studio. We served our delicious Spring canapés like our signature crab tartlet with tarragon mayo and bowl food including indulgent beef polpette with parmesan polenta surrounded by exquisite British tulips and handmade paper flowers. What an unbeatable setting!

Share one project that you’re working on at the moment that makes you really excited for 2024.

We are currently working on a huge two day wedding across multiple London venues. We aren’t able to say much but we are creating two magical dinners including multiple caviar bars, Italian pasta wheels, sushi and decadent dessert stations. It’s the biggest wedding we’ve done to date.Â
